Overview

Former frontman of Motocade, Eden Mulholland, employs a unique and experimental approach to musical composition. This has meant some challenging, satisfying and dramatically-charged results. Mulholland is a partial chameleon vocally, with a peculiar back catalogue of music written for theatre and dance. Expect to hear the unexpected on the penultimate night of the Upstairs At Freeman series at Freeman & Grey.

Auckland 5-piece based band, The Kaleidscopes are also set to perform, centring their style around rock, pop and psychadelic fusion. This young group are one to watch, having performed at events such as Rhythm and Vines, Feast: Gisborne Wine & Food, and Chronophium & Bostock.

Winding down (or up) the evening, will be Owen Ashton, a frequent DJ across Auckland sure to keep the d-floor moving. Get in early to secure $10 tickets that include a Jameson's drink upon entry. Upstairs at Freeman is limited to 100 people.
