The Internet Party presents the Party Party

Overview

Kim Dotcom has been pretty darn busy this year. Firstly, he’s given NZ politics are good old shake-up by founding our newest and bizarrest political party. And secondly, he’s released an album of anthemic techno-bangerz, the advertisements for which have been plastered on the back of buses everywhere from here to Bluff. This July he’s keen to bring these two worlds together.

That political party he started, the Internet Party, is throwing a series of gigs around the country featuring some of NZ’s most notable acts. There’ll be Sons of Zion, State of Mind (with MC Woody), Optimus Gryme, Kamandi, PNC, L.A.B (Laughton & Brad Kora), plus others. What’s more, the man, the visionary, the Call of Duty legend, Kim Dotcom himself will be on the mic—here’s hoping he drops some tracks of his own.

The aim is not only to give us a chance to hear some Dotcom drop that German bass, but to give us a friendly reminder of our democratic rights. It’s the election soon and the Internet Party is keen to snatch up some of that mysterious youth vote—that means you.
