Overview

Having spent the best part of the past nine years on the road it should be no surprise that Dunedin’s Die! Die Die! are once again heading out on tour.

This time the post-punk trio will have good reason to celebrate with the nine-date tour kicking off on the same date as the release of their fifth album, SWIM.

SWIM, an acronym for ‘someone who isn’t me’, is self-described by the band as an “11-track opus formed from the wall-sweat of Europe’s best clubs, scratched off the tour van floor and rescued from down the back of the couch-surfed accom.” It was produced by the band themselves and Chris Townend (Portishead, D12, Violent Femmes), and recorded between The Lab in Auckland and a boat, moored at a wharf in East London.
